About Me
I’m Katie Luther, a second-generation Realtor helping people buy and sell homes since 2008. I love Jesus, people, and wide-open spaces — especially the kind that come with big skies and even bigger backyards. Whether it’s a Redding home, a small-acreage ranchette in Palo Cedro, or a Shingletown escape, I bring sharp negotiation skills, local expertise, and a whole lot of heart to every deal. I believe real estate is about more than property — it’s about relationships, trust, and creating a life you love. I’m a graduate of Leadership Redding, serve on its Steering Committee, and a board member of the Shasta County Library Foundation. When I’m not working, you’ll find me gardening, hosting a dinner party, or enjoying Shasta County’s year-round recreation — boating in summer, hiking in fall, snowboarding in winter, and chasing waterfalls in spring.

I’m here to deliver results, protect your best interests, and make the process as smooth (and even enjoyable) as possible, whether you’re moving into town, out to the country, or somewhere in between.

I envision a business built on referrals, repeat clients, and long-term relationships — a place where every transaction feels like a win and every client feels like family. My goal is to help more people discover the simple joys of North State living, from vibrant Redding neighborhoods to peaceful rural retreats.
